4. What is the return and refund policy for Kukirin electric scooters?

Unopened items in their original condition at the time of delivery or pickup (customer is responsible for returning or bringing the item back to the store) must be returned within 7 days of delivery/pickup. 5. How long will it take for me to receive the product?

Our goal is to ensure that your order is processed quickly and efficiently.

We will dispatch from our Polish warehouse within 24 hours.

8. What should you pay attention to when driving a Kukirin electric scooter?

Put safety as your top priority. Equip yourself with protective gear, stay alert to weather and road risks, and make sure to lock the scooter after your trip.

9. What is the difference between an e-scooter and an e-bike?

Unlike e-bikes, e-scooters are gear-free two-wheelers powered by electricity. Their fully covered internal parts greatly enhance overall riding safety.

10.Can electric scooters be used in rainy, cold weather?

10.1It’s better not to ride in the rain. Chilly weather will affect normal operation too. Always place the scooter indoors.

10.2Long stays in cold surroundings can cause damage to tires, motor and battery.

11.About the battery.

11.1 The battery can be stored for up to 6 months within the temperature range of -20°F to 60°F.

11.2 The suitable relative humidity for storage is 45% to 75%.

11.3 Lithium-ion batteries work at -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) in general. For long-term storage, keep it between -20°C and 25°C (-4°F to 77°F); 15°C (59°F) is the optimal temperature. Maintain a 30%–50% charge level, equivalent to at least two power indicators lit. Avoid deep discharge: each cell voltage must stay above 2.0V, and do not exceed 4.1V at maximum.

11.4 Top up the battery before storage, and recharge it periodically every few weeks.

12. How do I clean my Kukirin product?

To keep your scooter neat and tidy, wipe it with a soft damp cloth or a dry brush. Never submerge it in water.
