This Limited Warranty Policy is issued by Makycount Inc and exclusively valid for all orders purchased directly via our official website: https://www.globalkukirin.com/
 
Products bought from third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, independent resellers and other retail platforms) are not covered by this official factory warranty. All after-sales support for third-party purchases shall be provided by the original marketplace or reseller. Customers must reach out to their purchasing channel for relevant support.
 
This limited warranty acts as supplementary protection and will not override or restrict your statutory consumer rights under local consumer protection laws in your region.
 
1. Limited Warranty Coverage for KuKirin Electric Scooters
The standard manufacturer warranty period for all KuKirin electric scooters is 12 months from the date of delivery to the customer.
1.1 First 14 Calendar Days After Delivery
If manufacturing defects or material flaws are identified within 14 days upon receiving your scooter, Makycount Inc will provide one or more of the following eligible remedies at our sole discretion:
Free professional repair service
Free replacement of defective factory parts
Full unit replacement (if repair cannot resolve the issue)
Full or partial product refund (case-by-case assessment)
Shipping Cost Terms for Confirmed Factory Defects (Within 14 Days):
Makycount Inc shall bear all reasonable inbound and outbound shipping fees related to warranty resolution.
 
1.2 Day 15 to 12 Months After Delivery
For verified manufacturing quality issues arising within the full 12-month warranty term, we supply genuine factory replacement parts and complimentary technical guidance. Two service options are available:
Option A: Self-Repair Service
We ship free authentic replacement parts to customers. The customer shall cover all shipping fees for replacement part delivery. Full step-by-step installation instructions will be provided alongside parts.
Option B: Return-To-Us Repair Service
Customers must contact our support team to obtain official return authorization before sending any product back for inspection. Unauthorized shipments will be rejected or delayed for processing.
All repair labor costs are fully covered for validated warranty claims.
We arrange outbound shipping for repaired products per specific case conditions.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send items back to our service facility.
Critical Warranty Claim Reminders
All warranty requests require formal inspection and validation by our technical team.
Standard claim processing duration: 5–10 business days (shipping transit time excluded).
Do not ship any scooter or components back without prior written authorization from our customer service team.
 
2. Consumable & Wearable Parts (Limited Defect Coverage)
Consumable wearable components include but are not limited to tires, brake pads, brake cables, grips, inner tubes.
Within 14 days post delivery: Free replacement if confirmed to have factory manufacturing defects.
After 14 days: Normal wear, tear, abrasion, or damage caused by improper use are excluded from warranty coverage.
 
3. Exclusions – Situations Not Covered by This Warranty
This limited warranty does not apply to any damage or malfunction arising from the following circumstances:
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, alteration, or third-party repair without official written approval
Installation or use of non-genuine, aftermarket third-party spare parts
Physical damage caused by accidents, impact, collision, drop or external force
Improper operation, overloading, off-spec riding, or misuse against official user manual guidelines
Water ingress damage, including riding through water deeper than 4cm
Long-term exposure to extreme weather (heavy sustained rain, blizzards, hail, high wind, extreme heat or freezing temperatures)
Damage caused by dust, sand, gravel or foreign debris intrusion
Improper storage conditions (damp environments, high temperature, prolonged direct sunlight)
Corrosion, condensation and environmental surface degradation
Removed, scratched, altered, obscured or unreadable serial numbers
Intentional damage, vandalism or man-made destruction
Products that exceed the 12-month limited warranty period

Mandatory Important Notice
No products or spare parts should be returned to our facility without prior official authorization email from our team. Any unauthorized return shipments risk rejection or extended processing delays.
