📪Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
Usually you should receive an email containing only the order as soon as the order has been successfully paid. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please consider the following potential issues:
Check your email address: First, make sure the email address used to place the order is correct and spelled correctly.
Check your spam folder. Sometimes order confirmation emails can accidentally end up in your spam or junk folder. You should check these folders to see if the email was placed in the wrong place.
Payment confirmation Check again if the order payment was successful. If the payment was not processed, it is possible that the order confirmation email was not triggered.
